    A multi-use prepaid MasterCard international systems’ card which may be used for payments everywhere where MasterCards are accepted as well as for cash withdrawals at any ATM or bank affiliate throughout the world. We offer Priority Cards both for private and legal persons.

  • Who is the Priority Card issuer and how can I contact this institution?

    The Priority Card issuer is Transact Pro – the first Latvian non-banking institution to join MasterCard Worldwide with the right to issue MasterCard payment cards on its’ own authority. Since 2004 Transact Pro Ltd. is a successful player in the financial services’ markets with clients all over the world.

    Priority Card provides for easy, fast and secure shopping all over the world and online. Book hotels or use car rental services, buy tickets, withdraw cash at any ATM all over the world in local currency.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CARD USAGE

  • What are the limits to Priority Cards?

    The Priority Card is not a credit card – meaning that there is no available credit limit on it. When paying with the card you can use only the funds previously loaded to the card. The Maximum single payment sum to a card account is 1800 EUR; whereas the cash withdrawal limit is 1400 EUR per day and 14 000 EUR per month. All limits are set in accordance to European MasterCard payment card maintenance standards. Detailed information of all limits is available in Rates section.

  • Can I use my Priority Card right after I receive it?

    If you receive your Priority Card from our office, you can start to use it right away. If you order it to delivered by post, you will need to activate the card upon receipt by calling +371 67 222 555. You will be asked for a card number, your name, surname, ID number and password which you indicated in your card application form. If all the submitted information is correct, your card will be activated instantly.

  • What is the Priority Card’s expiration date?

    Priority Cards are issued for a period of 3 years with an expiration date as the last day of the month as indicated on the card. To resume your card please contact our Customer Support Service by phone +371 67 222 555 or e-mail info@transactpro.lv .

    You can open Priority card in any of the following currencies – EUR, USD.

  • Where can I use my Priority Card?

    You can shop and buy goods or services online or offline, everywhere where MasterCard is accepted. You can also book flight tickets, hotel, car rental services, and entertainment tickets online. Use the Priority Card for money transfers to your relatives or children who stay abroad. Open a Priority Card for your enterprise and use it for your employee’s travel-fees, bonuses, salaries payments or for your office administrative expenses.

  • Can I withdraw cash at an ATM with my Priority Card?

    Yes, you can withdraw cash at any ATM all over the world in their local currency.

  • Is it possible to use the Priority Card for online shopping?

    Pay for goods and services online using your Priority Card – it is easy, safe and secure.

FINANCIAL SECURITY

  • Is it safe to use Priority Card for online shopping?

    Transact Pro ensures safe and secure online shopping. Your funds are protected from unauthorized use by the following security means:

    CVC2 code – three-digit protection code, necessary for your identification and online payment confirmation. It helps to protect your card from fraudulent activities.

    Password – six-digit code, known to you only, necessary for your remote identification. If an online vendor uses MasterCard’s Secure Code system (logo on the web page) to confirm your payment you should enter this password in a special field.

    Our staff permanently monitors all deals, identifying and sorting out suspicious transactions.

  • How can I close my card?

    To close your card, contact us in person at our office in Gustava Zemgala gatve 76, Riga, 12th floor. You will be asked to fill in the application form after which your remaining balance (except for card closing fee) will be transferred to your indicated bank account.
